Our delightful self catering bungalows and apartments are set in and around 12 acres of beautiful, mature landscaped gardens leading to the coastal cliff-top path. Only a short walk to our private beach and extensive leisure facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym, spa treatment rooms, childrens play area, tennis courts and more. Prices
The accommodation includes a fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, colour TV (and DVD player in Kynance and Shearwater). All except Kynance have washer/dryers. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery and cutlery.

The prices quoted below are for seven nights accommodation and include VAT where relevant, full use of the Leisure Club, electricity and heating costs. Meals and special Christmas and New Year activities are not included. Please ask reception for details of Christmas and New Year packages for self catering guests.

Smoke Free
All the self-catering units are non-smoking.

Reservations
Reservations should be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £100 per unit, per week which will be credited to your account upon arrival. The balance is payable one month before arrival.

Change Over Days
Saturday for Kynance and Shearwater.
Sunday for the Pedn-y-Ke Bungalows.

Arrival and Departure Times
Accommodation is normally available at 4.30pm on the day of arrival and we request it is vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy
The policy is the same as that quoted for hotel accommodation.

Extra Beds
Extra beds may be placed in some units (excluding Heatherbell and Briar) and should be reserved at the same time of booking at a cost of £30 per bed per stay. Cots can also be provided at an extra cost of £20 per cot per stay.

Dogs
Dogs are accepted by prior consent at a rate excluding meals of £25 per dog per week. No pets are accepted in Briar or Heatherbell.

‘Pedn-y-Ke’ Bungalows & Briar
Sleeps 4 people.
A row of 6 privately owned bungalows managed and let by the hotel on behalf of the owners.

Situated just 200 yards from the hotel, with easy access to the coastal walks and beach area, these are ideal for families and feature double and twin bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living area, bathroom, sun deck and private parking.

Heatherbell and Briar were totally refurbished in 2009. Briar now benefits from a luxury shower room (instead of bathroom) and enjoys sea views from the lounge and its own private garden.

Shearwater
Sleeps 4 people.
Set within the hotel grounds, this detached bungalow has wonderful sea views.

The bungalow, which is approached by a set of exterior steps, consists of one double and one twin bedroom with kitchen, open plan lounge diner and one bathroom.

Kynance
Sleeps 6 people.
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, this apartment enjoys sea views across Mounts Bay.

The apartment consists of one double room, one twin room and one bunk-bedded room, a lounge/dining room, small kitchen and one bathroom. The lounge/dining room has French doors opening on to the gardens.
