
Poldhu Suite
A supplement of £60 per night is added to the Superior Seaview room tariff for a suite consisting of a double bedded room with bathroom en-suite, a lounge and a small bunk room.
Bed and Breakfast
For bed and breakfast only, please deduct £10 per person per night.
Weekend Bookings
Guests wishing to stay on a Saturday night during summer, High or Mid Season are required to book for a minimum of two nights.
Deposits
Reservations should be confirmed with a deposit of £50 per person which will be credited to your account upon arrival.
Credit Cards
Mastercard and Visa are accepted at no extra charge.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your reservation more than 60 days before you are due to arrive, your deposit will cover the cancellation fee and you will have no further liability.
If you wish to cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, we will do our best to re-let your accommodation in the time available.
If we have turned business away as a result of holding your confirmed booking and if we are not successful iat re-letting your accommodation, we do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the full amount quoted for your stay. We do recommend guests consider obtaining holiday insurance to cover such costs in the event of cancellation. |
Arrival and Departure Times
Bedrooms are normally available from 2.30pm. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11am on the day of their departure. Extensions will be accommodated wherever possible.
Meals Not Taken
We are unable to give credit for meals not taken. Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room. Alternatively, guests may wish to dine in the High Point Restaurant, which is open during certain times of the year.
For those booked on the adult tariff (including dinner), who opt to eat in High Point, we will reduce the accommodation rate for each occassion you eat in High Point to the bed and breakfast rate. The price for hotel dinner for non-residents and guests on the bed and breakfast tariff is £26 per person.
Dress Code
Diners are requested to dress smartly in the hotel bar and dining room after 7pm (e.g. a jacket or smart collared shirt please - no jeans, combat trousers, shorts, t-shirts or trainers please). There is no dress code in the High Point restaurant.
Private Dining
There is a room charge of £75 per sitting for private dining
Dogs
Dogs are accepted by prior consent at a rate of £8 per dog per night (excluding food) in designated bedrooms. Please note that dogs are not permitted in any of the public rooms.
Smoke Free
We would like to advise all our guests that the hotel is completely smoke free, including all public areas and all bedrooms. Guests are welcome to smoke anywhere outside on the terrace or in the grounds and gardens.
Créche
During the majority of the school holidays, an evening Créche facility is offered at £10 per child per session (maximum 3 hours) if pre-booked. The charge is £20 per child per session if not booked in advance. |
