Included in the weekly price
The accommodation includes a fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, direct dial telephone and colour TV and video. All except Kynance have washer/dryers . Bedding is provided however we do ask you to provide your own towels. The kitchen is fully-stocked with crockery and cutlery.
Reservations
Reservations should be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per unit which will be credited to your account upon arrival.
Dogs
Dogs are accepted by prior consent at a rate excluding meals of £25.00 per dog per week.
Arrival and Departure Times
Accommodation is normally available at 4.30 pm on the day of arrival and we request it is vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. |
Change over days
Friday for Kynance and Shearwater, Sunday for Pedn-y-Ke bungalows, Saturday for Puffin.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel this reservation more than 60 days before you are due to arrive, your deposit will cover the cancellation fee and you will have no further liability. If you wish to cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, we will do our best to re-let your accommodation in the time available. If we have turned business away as a result of holding your confirmed booking and if we are not successful in re-selling the accommodation, we do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the amount quoted for your stay. We do recommend guests consider obtaining holiday insurance to cover such costs in the event of cancellation.
The prices quoted are for seven nights accommodation and include VAT, full use of the Leisure Club and electricity. Meals and special Christmas and New Year activities are not included. Please ask for our separate brochure giving details of Christmas and New Year packages for self catering guests. |
