Twice weekly Vinyasa yoga class, suitable for all levels.
A slower paced Vinyasa yoga class with Becky Mayes, suitable for all levels. This 75 minute session will include a creative yoga flow, some pranayama (breath practise) and a gentle relaxation, all with a good playlist to help you tune out of a busy week and back in to your body.
For the first 4 weeks only we will be offering classes at a special price of £5 per session, giving you the opportunity to come and try it out, bring a friend and see if you like it!
Mats and props available but if you have your own please do bring them. Booking is available through reception.
