The South West Coast Path National Trail snakes it’s way around 630 miles of the South West peninsula, taking in prehistoric coves, secret caves and mystical ruins.
In years gone by this was the trail that coastguards trod night after night protecting the shores from marauding pirates and smugglers. Today it is the perfect place for a bracing, atmospheric adventure with the family. The SW Coast Path passes right by the Polurrian Hotel and there are stunning walks, both easy and more challenging, to be experienced whether you feel like heading North in the direction of the fishing village of Porthleven or South towards the tip of the Lizard Peninsula.
