It is fair to say that 2021 got off to an unusual start for everyone but, after what has felt like a very long wait, we can finally fling open the doors to Polurrian once again and get back to what we do best: making memories!
We have used the recent downtime wisely and have been refining and perfecting the hotel in readiness for the re-opening as well as lining up a cracking selection of artists and mouth-watering dishes for our very popular Summer ‘Woodfired Sessions’. The image of sitting on the Polurrian terrace and watching the sun sink behind the Atlantic while sipping a cocktail with the backdrop of live music and good company and the aroma of sizzling seafood has almost seemed like an impossible dream, but dream no more! From May 17th we can once again enjoy some of the things that we perhaps took for granted in 2019, and Cornwall has been waiting to welcome you back…
Polurrian kitchen fires up again
As well as opening the hotel doors for guests, we are very excited about re-opening the Polurrian kitchen on May 17th! With a deliciously tempting menu for the season including some lovingly crafted new dishes, and some of our old favourites, there is something for everyone. With dishes cooked in our woodfired Gozney oven, Cornish fish and seafood fresh from the boat and the finest locally sourced meat, dairy and vegetables, all prepared in inventive and delicious ways, you will quickly be reminded of how much you have missed eating out!
