What’s on near the Polurrian this autumn

Monday 03 September 2018

Summer may be coming to an end; the children are back to school and the nights slowly drawing in but there’s still lots to see and do in Cornwall this September.

Come rain or shine we have some wonderful suggestions on how to spend that all important quality time with family and friends, including four-legged ones.

With everything from cider and theatre, to foodie festivals, beach cleans and our very own family Autumn fair here at the hotel – we’ve rounded up our favourite events and things to do in Mullion and further afield.

So, if you’re planning a trip, look at what’s on and make the most of your time here.

All the events listed below are within an hour’s drive of the Polurrian and many are completely free of charge too!

All year round – Dog-friendly Beach Cleans:

Polurrian Beach and coastal paths are just a short meander from the hotel to enjoy a nice walk or a little paddle in the sea. We’re passionate about looking after the environment and have partnered with Friends of Polurrian Beach, together we organise monthly Beach cleans, it’s a fabulous way to spend time together and what you find washed-up never ceases to amaze. ‘Hard work should be rewarded with good food’ so we provide a delicious spread of refreshments including homemade cakes, teas and coffees .Check their Facebook page for regular updates & information.
