If you are interested in what meditation is, and how it can support you in being more peaceful, come and join our Tuesday class.
The meditations and discussion will be based on The Joy of Living by Minjur Rinpoche, a highly respected contemporary Buddhist teacher who has brought together the understanding of meditation practice and neuroscience.
These sessions are open to all from different spiritual traditions, or none.
Yeshe Palmo has been involved with the Buddhist contemplative tradition and philosophy for over 35 yrs, and is also a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and yoga teacher, with interest in somatic approaches to therapy. Her main interests lie in our relationship to landscape, movement and contemplative practice, and she is part of curriculum development team, developing Awareness Yoga for Tergar International.
