After the busyness of summer take some time this Autumn to reconnect to yourself and revitalise your health and wellbeing with a day of self-care, delicious food and wellbeing practices by the sea. Alicia and Rich have carefully selected an itinerary of restorative and replenishing activities together with delicious food in a beautiful setting to enhance your wellbeing. Your Day Retreat includes two Yoga practices, Breathworks workshop, time by the sea, a guided walk to the beach, Yoga Nidra meditation/sound bath; delicious buffet lunch, hot drink on arrival and an indulgent cream tea at the end of the day. What a treat!
The psychology and wellbeing informed practices will encourage you to become more in tune with your body and learn more about the important mind-body connection. The Breathworks workshop will include a variety of practices for you to experience, observe and learn about the changes to physiology and nervous system that can be enhanced with the breath. The practices will focus on enhancing feelings of calm and connection and lead you nicely into a restorative meditation and Sound Bath.
