Yoga classes run every Thursday evening 6pm – 7.15pm and every Saturday morning 9am – 10.15am.

Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga:
Vinyasa yoga is a slower paced class, suitable for all levels. This 75 minute session will include a creative yoga flow, some pranayama (breath practise) and a gentle relaxation, all with a good playlist to help you tune out of a busy week and back in to your body.
In a Yin class you can expect to hold poses (often low to the ground) for a greater length of time, allowing a deeper and more healing practice which works with the deeper connective tissues and fascia in the body. On a physical level this can help to release long held tensions and manifestations of stress. Finding more stillness in our yoga practise also allows us to create space to explore mindfulness, with which we can reap the benefits in our daily lives, finding more compassion and acceptance for whatever arises.
Mats and props are available but if you have your own please do bring them. Booking is available through reception or contact Becky for more details. See you on the mat!
