On one late-summer evening, we’re moving dinner outside, six courses, served under the tree on the lawn, with the coast doing what it does best in the background.
Expect Cornish crab with squid ink and lime, mackerel with harissa and grapefruit, maple and miso roasted pork fillet, and a pineapple, coconut and orange finish before Cornish blue rounds things off. It’s food built for eating outside, bright, direct, no ceremony.
Rewind Radio will be spinning from 6pm through to 9pm, so there’s music before, during and after the food. We’d suggest arriving by 6.30 – 6.45pm to get a drink in hand and find your seat, dinner is served at 7pm.
