This year, we’re bringing the bright lights to the edge of Cornwall. Think Vegas baby, glittering disco balls, casino tables, an Elvis who absolutely has entered the building, and a dancefloor that won’t quit until the early hours. If you’ve been saving a showstopping outfit for exactly the right occasion, this is it. Sequins, feathers, tailored suits, statement everything the more dazzling, the better.
The evening begins with a three-course New Year’s Eve dinner served in the Restaurant from 5.00pm, with the party building beautifully around you as the night unfolds. Try your luck at the casino tables. Strike a pose at the photo booth. Let our magician baffle you with something up close and impossible. Dance to your favourite anthems. Or simply sip something spectacular and soak it all in there’s no wrong way to do New Year’s Eve here.
If the dancefloor isn’t your natural habitat, the Games Room is yours for board games, and our cinema room will be running a curated selection of films for a quieter kind of celebration. However you choose to see it out, 2027 starts here.
As midnight approaches, one lucky guest will be drawn to receive a bottle of Champagne, perfectly timed for the countdown. Auld Lang Syne will ring out across the Atlantic at midnight, and the bar stays open until 1.00am.

Rates from £975 for three nights arriving on the 30th December, based on two adults sharing an inland double room. Inclusive of New Year’s Eve dinner, live music, New Year’s Day breakfast and dinner.

Children aged two years and under eat for free. Children aged two to thirteen years will recieve a 50% discount on all festive menus for a smaller portion. Children aged 14 years and over will be charged as an adult.
Please note that our Villa pricing is based on 2 adults sharing a property. Additional adults will incur further charges for food and beverages.
