Take a tour around the farm where Roskilly’s makes its delicious organic ice cream.
The Roskilly family has had a Jersey herd at Tregellast Barton since 1950, when there were 40 acres and 30 cows. Today the farm has grown to 200 acres with a herd of over 100, but the cows are still Jerseys, and their fresh, creamy milk is just perfect for making the tastiest ice cream. Roskilly’s never uses pesticides or artificial fertilisers, which is why the land and herd have been certified fully organic by the Soil Association since 1995.
Tour the farm, see the animals and explore beautiful walks… and while you’re at it, why not sample the ice cream?
