Whether it’s organic beef reared on Goonhilly Downs or mackerel caught off the Lizard, we love using ingredients from local growers and artisan suppliers.
Choose casual dining in the Vista Lounge or more formal dining in our 2AA Rosette restaurant. Our expert chefs create seasonal, Cornish-inspired menus tailored to grown-ups and children, from succulent seafood to bangers and mash, and mocktails to fine wines.
Our Local Suppliers
Our chefs ensure that the finest, freshest ingredients are plated up in our restaurants. Our seafood comes from a small family business, Kelynack Fish, and our ice cream comes from Moomaid, whose herd of Friesian cows graze out in Zennor. We also grow herbs in our own kitchen garden and serve the finest Cornish tipples: Camel Valley wines and St Austell-brewed Korev lager.
We like to make mealtimes easy and convenient for families. Choose from casual dining in the Vista to something more sophisticated in the 2AA Rosette restaurant. Children’s meals and light snacks are served all day, and you are welcome to have meals delivered to your room. Our chef will also provide fresh, pureed baby food from 8am–9pm.
Breakfast is very much a family affair. Even the youngest guests can help themselves to the buffet and pile their plates with cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit and pastries. In addition to the continental buffet, our plated options – from a full English to Belgian waffles with berry compote – are designed to fortify all ages for an active, fun-packed day ahead.
Lunch is informal, and on balmy days tables spill out onto the terrace for alfresco meals and afternoon cream teas. If you’ll be out exploring during the daytime, we can pack a delicious picnic.
Children’s High Tea is served from 5-6pm daily, because we understand that young diners like to eat early. Our nannies are on-hand to help out, so parents can relax with aperitifs and nibbles. Or, if or you prefer to sit down for dinner together, we offer a family dining option too.
Dinner is a sophisticated yet relaxed affair in our restaurant. Once little ones are tucked up in bed you can switch on the baby listener (or we’ll arrange a babysitter if you prefer) and enjoy a child-free, romantic dinner for two.
