Shearwater Cottage returns for the new season from 1st April 2027. Set within easy reach of the clifftops and the cove, it’s a quiet base for longer stays on the Lizard. Bookings open soon, do get in touch to register your interest.
Shearwater is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage with open plan lounge/kitchen, conveniently located within Polurrian on the Lizard’s hotel grounds. Guests can enjoy full use of the hotel facilities and stunning views across Mounts Bay.
Enjoy the freedom and privacy of having your own self-contained accommodation, while taking advantage of all the hotel facilities. Sleeping four (plus an optional dog), Shearwater includes one double and one twin bedroom, one bathroom, an open plan lounge and kitchen area, a private garden and terrace with hot tub.
Shearwater can be booked weekly during July and August, arrival after 4pm Saturday, depart by 11am Saturday. Sleeps up to 4. Outside of these months, Shearwater can be booked for 3 night stays.

Dining table, induction oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, range of crockery, cutlery, glass ware and cooking pots.
Lounge
2 x two seater sofas, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV, full sea view.
Island View Suite
Experience a taste of the good life on the south Cornish coast. With three bedrooms, a fitted kitchenette, magnificent ocean views looking out over Mount’s Bay and a terrace with hot tub.
