Cove View Function Suite

Bright, airy, and built to face the sea. The new Cove View Function Suite opened in 2026 as the largest and most versatile space at Polurrian — with a private terrace looking out towards the Atlantic, a dedicated bar, and private restrooms. Whether it’s a seated dinner for 120 or an evening celebration for 200, it takes any brief and makes it feel completely natural.

The terrace alone is worth a moment. There are very few places in Cornwall — or anywhere — where guests can step outside at their own wedding and find themselves looking directly out to sea.

The Vista Lounge

The Vista is licensed for ceremonies and transforms with remarkable ease — from a beautifully arranged ceremony to a reception in full flow, without a moment that feels anything other than seamless.

The Restaurant

Panoramic Atlantic views in a contemporary setting. The Restaurant is the right choice for weddings that want to feel personal without sacrificing occasion. Small enough that every guest feels close to the heart of the day. Beautiful enough that it requires no decoration to speak of.

The Clifftop Lawn

Twelve acres. The open Atlantic. Nothing else required.

The wild, sweeping gardens slope gently towards the sea — and on a clear day, guests looking out from the Lawn can see Polurrian Cove below and St Michael’s Mount on the horizon. There is nothing quite like standing in this garden for the first time as a married couple.

Outdoor ceremonies on the Lawn pair with any of our indoor spaces for the reception, and our team will manage every detail of setup, timing, and weather contingency.

Barefoot. Atlantic. Just the two of you — and everyone who matters.

Polurrian is one of the very few venues in Cornwall able to offer a genuine beachside ceremony. The cove sits directly beneath the hotel gardens — secluded, golden, and completely private. Say your vows on the shore with only the sea as your backdrop. Our team handles every detail of setup, timing, and the walk down from the hotel.

Some couples choose the Cove for their ceremony and return to the hotel for the reception. Others linger. Either way, it is not something guests forget quickly.
