Situated on the Helford Estuary, the Seal Sanctuary provides a lifeline for stray, sick and injured seal pups discovered around the Cornish coast.
Children will love the seal rescue hospital, where they can see the pups close-up and find out more about how they’re looked after. If you don’t mind the possibility of getting wet, the interactive rockpool is a space to discover more about what lives in and around the Cornish coast, with a treasure hunt and underwater viewing devices.
It’s not just seals to see: there are also sea lions, penguins, otters, goats, sheep and ponies.
