Can I arrange a tour of the wedding venue before booking?

Yes absolutely, wedding planning can be a stressful time, that’s why our team are here to offer a helping hand. From booking a tour of the venue to put your mind at ease, to leaning on our wedding coordinator to free your mind up for the more fun things (wedding dress shopping, suit shopping, menu tasting ect). How early can we access the wedding venue for setup on the day of the wedding?

To ensure you have the time you need on your big day, we aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to access to the venue. In order for us to make sure you have ample time for setting up, please contact our team to discuss your wedding day vision and requirements for setting up.

Does the hotel wedding venue provide a wedding coordinator?

Yes, all of our wedding packages include your very own dedicated wedding coordinator to help you plan and manage the preparations for your big day.

Can we bring in our own vendors, or do we have to use those provided by the wedding venue?

At the Polurrian we make sure that your wedding day is about you, from the food, to the music, to the set up, so we are more than happy for couples to use their own vendors when celebrating their wedding day with us.
